about
hi, i'm juliano. i spend most of my time thinking about how humanity can better harness the power of technology to imagine and build different futures. currently, that means learning about the history of technology at georgetown, researching the future of education in the age of intelligence systems at the red house, and investing in the next generation of founders with dorm room fund.
previously, i worked in aerospace and defense consulting at bain & company, on economic development and healthcare at the white house, and on industrial policy at the u.s. department of commerce. in parallel, i helped lead bridging the gap, a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit helping students from underrepresented backgrounds get their dream jobs, and co-founded the stratagem initiative, a student-run think tank at georgetown.
